Easiest Aam Pak Recipe at Home


Everyone makes mango juice during the mango season. But today we are going to tell you a different recipe of mango, whose name is Aam Pak. This is a very tasty recipe and it tastes great to eat. If you make it once, you will make it instead of mango juice.


It is very easy to make aam pak. You can make this in 2 ways. Either you can buy Mawa from the market. If you brought Mawa from the market, then it is very easy to make Aam Pak. And if you also made mawa at home, then it will take a little more time to make it.


So let’s see the easy recipe for making Aam Pak.


 



To make Aam Pak, first wash the mango and take out its peel.

Then cut them into small pieces.

Now take the jar of the mixer and make mango paste in it. (Do not use water to make mango paste.)

Now take a pan and put mango paste in it and let it cook on low flame for about 30 minutes while stirring continuously with a ladle.

After 30 minutes the mangoes will be cooked and become slightly thick.

Then add mawa to it and mix it well.

And let it cook for 10 minutes.

Then put sugar in it and mix it well.

Let them cook for another 10 minutes while stirring with a ladle.

After 10 minutes turn off the gas and mix cardamom powder in it.

Delicious Aam Pak is ready. When it cools down completely, take it out in a bowl and serve it by pouring dry fruits on it.
