Let's Start with 
Monday 
Light Breakfast  = with Baked Egg and a full piece of fruit

Healthy Breakfast
in Lunch = Crushed Vegetable Salad (add 3-5 oz of lean protein)

at the Time of Dinner = A Middle Bowl of Brown Rice with Boiled Sweet Potatos

Tuesday 

Delicious Breakfast  = Yogurt Bowl
Brown Rice with Lean Protein

Lunch = Boiled Noodle with 5 oz Vegetable protein)

Dinner = Full Bowl of Spicy Noodles

Wednesday 

Repeat Breakfast  = Leftover with 2 Baked Egg Cups and a Piece of Fruit

Lunch = L/O Vegetable Salad (add 3 oz of lean protein)

Dinner = Half and Quarter Bowl of Spaghetti Squash


Thursday 

Breakfast  = Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
Lunch = Almond Butter Chicken Salad with Boiled Egg

Dinner = Cooker Boiled Chicken Soup


Friday 

Breakfast  = Butter Oats with Half Fry Egg
Lunch = L/O Slow Cooker Chicken Spicy Soup
Dinner = Mix Vegetable and Cooked Meat Salad

Saturday 

Breakfast  = Peanut Butter Banana Oats

Lunch = L/O Mix Vegetable and Cooked Meat Salad

Dinner = Mix Vegetable and Cooked Meat Salad


Sunday 

Breakfast  = Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeals
Lunch = Mix Salad With Chicken Tandoori & Afgarni Bread
Dinner = leftover any meal
